I can dream with mountains and the sky
But when i take a closer look it seems
It's all frozen in your eye.
I did dream and smelled the sea
Heard waves but in reality I couldn't see,
For all I wished was in front of me.
At lease I can dream, at least I know,
How things can or could be
In this cruel dream world we call home.
But now the dream is done and gone.
I just woke up to face another day,
Another way if you may say
To find you in reality
To bring you home so you see
All that you missed, all you can be.
Dream a little dream of me...
