My White Castle

Not far away from you and me
Lived a simple man, an honest man
That did not knew what evil was
Until he went to battle.

He left his home
One made of sand and stone,
Guarded by air, surrounded by water
Filled up with warmth and heat
From the fire in the firepit.

He found himself alone
The battlefield was empty,
He grabbed a sword and started to kill
The ghosts that only he could see.

Each time he went home
Al thou he'd won, he knew he lost the fight
For fighting nothing but thin air
Is nothing but... a war inside.

Each time he was defeated
Sat saddly by the fireplace, thinking
"What if the evil that I see,
Comes back with me one day?"

"I'll build a wall, a castle
So no one could enter here
And make me suffer."

So he build a wall,
He thought it was the tallest
But even so hes fear was stronger
He spend his time and evergy
Building what he called "Wonder"
Tall enough to reach the sky.

He sat inside hes castle and then,
He realized he was trapped
He had build his prison.

My castle is within my heart.
And the great wall around it.

You can try to enter,
You can try to bring it down
I've build a prison for my soul.

And now I have to pay the costs
And that is one more lesson learned.
Don't build what you don't know how to or have the power to bring down...
